Черток видимо решил, что если Тансыккужина ниже 6-го упадёт - то уже совсем мало денег получит)
А есть шансы неплохие в 3-ку попасть.
Балтажи и Хукман типа возростные.
Ткаченко не в форме.
Ноговицина еще молодая.
Короче ОТМЫТЬ бабло нужно!!!
А если больше народу пригласить - меньше денег останется.
Зачем кого-то кормить!
А Ткаченко больше, чем уверен, что играть согласится.
Во-первых, шашечная бедность - а следовательно жадность к неплохим призам.
Во-вторых, остаётся Матч-Реванш, чтобы вернуть титул.
Голландцы просто тормозили, а Россияне - жгут!
Чисто по-русски - а нам плевать на все законы - что захотим, то и будет!
Если бы турнир в Якутске назвали ЧМ, а этот Кубком - было бы логичней!
И все довольны бы были.
Но нельзя же назвать Чемпионат мира имени Птицина??
А хотелось видно в свою честь турнир провести.
Или башкиры поздно заначку обнаружили..  |

По плану должен был быть 2010 ЧЕМПИОНАТ(турнир), но называть ЭТОТ левый малоСТРАННЫЙ турнирик -ЧЕМПИОНАТОМ МИРА???? лихо.лихо скажу я вам... 
Плюс правда есть-заработают женщины нормально |

Да, Эдвард, Вы на 200% правы!
Это полнейший беспредел!Первое что приходит в голову в данном случае - это желание отобрать чемпионский титул у Дарьи Ткаченко. Я, конечно, мало что понимаю, Вы наверняка по более, вот скажите почему она обязана участвовать в подобных мероприятиях? Потому что назвали специально Match – Tournament. И придумали ж такое. Всё специально, т.к. в матче у неё титул не отобрать, а в таком формате шансов больше намного.Правда, странно, что среди участников две россиянки всего. Для таких целей надо чтоб их 5 было. |

ВТОРАЯ ПОПЫТКА
Фантастика. 
А что я вам писал на теме про Закопане..... Всё ребята. Теперь FMJD можно спокойно ОФИЦИАЛЬНО переиминовать в Башкирскую МШФ . МАЛО было так называемого (апрель 2010 J)выдуманного WORLD CUP ,... там видно все деньги не успели освоить, да и Тамара вдруг не стала победительницей, ну теперь ВТОРАЯ  попытка в формате шестёрочки. До лампочки ВСЕ федерации,До лампочки все чемпионки всех стран,пригласим только ведущих  под предлогом;УВЫ всех не можем.... 
КАКОЙ УЖАС,КАКОЙ БЕСПРЕДЕЛ.
ВЫДУМАННЫЕ ТУРНИРЫ,вдруг называются ГРОМКИМИ НАЗВАНИЯМИ.
НАС ( другие федерации)КОНЕЧНО держат за дураков ,статистов,несмышлёнышей. МЫ ЛИТВА ПЛАТИМ взносы в размере также ,как и Россия....Нидерланды,Украина,Латвия -ну им заткнули глотки, что б не вякали,a на нас остальных плевать...
ЗАХОТЕЛИ ,выдумали,назвали.
НЕУЖЕЛИ НЕПОНЯТНО,что лучше ВООБЩЕ не проводить, чем ТАК.
Даже Риму пригласили главным судьёй что б Литва заткнулась.
Но Рима не только Литва, но в первую очередь EDC...Ну значит и EDC глотку заткнули. Не понимаю ,как можно так раз за разом садиться в лужу... РОДНАЯ ВЫ НАША-БАШКИРСКАЯ международная шашечная федерация

Match – Tournament
Official Information
General organization
1. After losing World Championship Women 2009 in Brazil, postponed later on into
2010, CD-FMJD recognized that it is impossible to find place for World Championship with
the formula planned for Brazil (24 players).
2. In this extraordinary situation we decide to organize World Championship 2010 in the short formula with
only 6 top players.
3. For World Championship 2010 FMJD invites:
· Daria Tkachenko (Ukraine) – World Champion
· Tamara Tansykkuzhina (Russia) - Last WC tournament (Yakutsk 2007) winner
· Zoja Golubieva (Latvia) - IMSA games and last EC winner
· Matrena Nogovitsyna (Russia) - World Cup Winner
· Nina Hoekman (Netherlands) - best in order of rating
· Olga Balthazy (Ukraine) - next in order of rating
reserve players in order of women official rating from July 1st.
4. The organization of the World Championship women 2010 has been allotted by the FMJD to the Russian
Draughts Federation and will take place from October 16th (arriving day), till October 26th (last round) in Ufa
(Bashkiria, Russia)
5. The tournament will be supervised by main referee Rima DANILEVICIENE (Lithuania). She will be guided
by strict maintenance of the FMJD rules
Finances
6. All expenses for the traveling of players and visa costs are on charge of their federations as well as traveling,
lodging and visa expenses for accompanying persons and /or Officials of delegations . Costs for lodging and
food of the players are on charge of the organization from October 16th till October 27th.
7. The national federations presenting players have to pay the registration fee of their players to the
representative of the FMJD, according to the regulation of the General Assembly. A player for whom the
registration fee is not paid before the first round, is not allowed to participate in the tournament. This amount is
105? for countries that paid an FMJD membership fee of 160? and 50? for those that paid 390?. All players
must be present for the opening ceremony.
8. Prize money – total amount is 1.050.000 rubles (about 27.000?) will be divided as follows:
· 1st place 300.000
· 2nd place 250.000
· 3rd place 200.000
· 4th place 150.000
· 5th place 100.000
· 6th place 50.000
Format of the tournament
9. The tournament will be played as a doubled round-robin, so 10 rounds in total.
10. The official rules of the FMJD will be used. Use of clocks and recording games is compulsory during the
whole game. The games will be played in the official FMJD time rate of the Fischer system with 1h20 per player
plus 1 minute per move. Conforming to the FMJD regulations players are not allowed to agree on a draw before
they both made 40 moves. If they do so nevertheless, the referee is obliged to decide on a 0-0 result.
11. The final classification will be based on the total points obtained. The first place gives right to the title of
‘World Champion International Draughts Women 2010’.
12. Final classification will be drown up in order of number of point. If two or more players share the same
place the following factors will be used to define the places occupied:
- 1. the largest number of victories
- 2. the results between the tied players
- 3. the best results obtained in order of the classification
13. If the criteria from the previous point will not decide about final order:
- for the places 1, 2 or 3 - a deciding tie-break will be played
- for the places 4, 5, 6 the places will be shared (prizes will be divided)
14. Playoffs will be played using 3 games match with system Georgiev-Lheman (15 minutes and 2 seconds
added per move for an unlimited number of games.). If more players shared place then round robin tournament
with G-L games (10 minutes and 2 seconds). The number of minutes to start with may be changed by the main
referee depending on the number of players ending ex-aequo and the time available, if necessary after
consultation with the Tournament Director FMJD and the organization.
Others
15. Rights from this World Championship for the title match 2011 and the World Championship 2011
A. If the titleholder keeps the title, the number two will be Challenger.
B. If the titleholder loses the title, she will be the Challenger.
C. The new world champion and the challenger are qualified for the World Championship 2011.
16. The players finishing in the first three places will receive a medal and an official diploma.
17. According to the rule adopted in the General Assembly of Abidjan 1996, it is forbidden to smoke in the
playing hall.
18. The board of the FMJD will compose a jury to award three FMJD prices:
· the Roozenburg-cup (best game for winner and loser)
· the Springer-cup (best endgame)
· the Weiss-cup (best combination)
19. A Jury d’Appel will be composed by the CD of the FMJD.

21. In the case of something being not clear in the FMJD regulations or in this regulation, the decision will be
made by the main referee in consultation with the organization and the FMJD tournament “100 cases “ Director.
