Version 2.5 update and Demo are available for download.

Changes:

    - New books (cbk) database format. New books (with openings names) available for Italian and Russian draughts. For other draughts types books have to be rebuilded (if you don't install new books from DVD)
    - New endgame databases: 7 pieces for all 8*8 draughts and 6 pieces for International 10*10 draughts.
    - New database 2007 for Russian draughts with 100.000 games.

Update with all databases are available on DVD, you can order update DVD for 10 Euros. You can also download whole DVD-ISO (1.7 GB) from internet, the link is on download page. Also you can download important updates (executable and new books) separately. All new users ordered Aurora Borealis profesional henceforth will receive CD+DVD pack with all available databases.

    Aurora Borealis 3.0 engine is the silver medallist of Draughts Programs European Championship (Russian draughts rules) held on 27-28 January in Moscow. Kallisto 3 engine, also included in Aurora Borealis professional kit, won this tournament. Thus, Aurora Borealis professional Kit contains two best draughts engines by results of the latest tournament.

    Kallisto engine (Russian draughts) won 4th place in grandmaster Azarov's tournament in 1st Khomustakh with 6,5 points of 9.

    Games of Danish Open 2006 (english draughts) are available.

    Czech draughts database is available for download (2189 games).

    Databases were given by Igor Keder.

    Kallisto engine (Russian draughts) won second place in draughts tournament in Yakutsk (+5-0=4) and earned 2593 points of ELO.
