the same everywhere. Maybe you ever saw a
program which did not played like you expected. If it was not a bug (I cannot
turn aside this possibility), it was probably because it used other rules
than yours. In this site, you will
meet more than ten sorts of rules, but you must know that there are much
more. They change if you change of country, or of state, or of town, or
