World title matches in Yakutsk

Yakutsk o­n October, 10th should start at o­nce three matches for a rank of world champions. It was planned, that for the first time in a world practice at o­nce in o­ne city there will be three pairs checkers players. Alexey Chizhoff, Izhevsk, Russia and Alexander Georgiev, St.-Petersburg, Russia will argue for a rank of the world champion o­n the international checkers.
Andrey Valjuk Belarus and Gavril Kolesov Russia for a world crown o­n Russian checkers.
In a female match struggle will proceed between Darya Tachenko, Ukraine and Tamara Tansykkuzhina, Ufa, Russia.

However 10 times world champion Alexey Chizhoff has refused protection of the title in view of the insufficient size of prize-winning fund. As it has appeared Alexey has made the application in August.
